Urinary problems ?
Waterworks problems don’t have to rule your life; there are many ways to improve these symptoms.

It is estimated that 60% of men and 75% of women suffer significant bother from their waterworks and in men this risk increases with age. This increase relates to both the aging process but also the slow growth of the prostate gland.

These symptoms may relate directly to the
obstruction e.g. slow stream or difficulty initiating flow or to the storage of urine by the bladder e.g. frequency of urination, getting up many times at night to pass water (nocturia) or having to rush to the toilet being unable to ‘hold on’ (urgency). Completing the International Prostate Symptom Score (Link to PDF) can provide an idea of how severe one’s symptoms are.

Symptoms relating to the storage of urine in the bladder are by no means confined to men. Women too can be greatly bothered by frequency and urgency.
